How does the massage work?return to top 
The oscillating massage mattress has 5 massage zones with 6 intensity adjustable oscillating (vibrating) segments. The vibration will relax your muscles. You can adjust the intensity or turn individual segments off. There are 6 different programs to chose from, and each will automatically shut-off after 15 minutes.

How often can I use the massage mattress?return to top 
You can use the mattress as often as you like. If you use it daily, you should not do more than one session at 15 minutes. If you have not used it before, it is recommended to start with a low intensity for the vibrating segments, especially for the head and shoulder sections. You might want to turn the head section off initially.

Who should NOT use the massage mattress?return to top 
Warning: Breast feeding/nursing mothers, pregnant women, and anybody suffering from acute illnesses need to consult a doctor before using the massage mattress. Also, the massage mattress is designed for people with up to 275 pounds of body weight (approx. 125 Kg).

How can I clean the mattress?return to top 
The mattress is made of man-made leather and best cleaned with a damp sponge or towel with a non-aggressive cleaning agent.

Where can I use the massage mattress?return to top 
The massage mattress is designed for INDOOR USE ONLY. Also, as with any electrical appliance, the massage mattress should be kept dry and away from water.

How can I store the mattress?return to top 
You should first check if all the cables are properly connected and the wall plug is actually serving power. In the rare occasion that the massage mattress is indeed not working properly please contact us for RMA/repair/replacement options. The massage mattress is covered by a two year warranty.

Where is the massage mattress produced?return to top 
The massage mattress is produced and manually assembled and quality tested in the heart of Germany.

What if the massage mattress does not work?return to top 
You should first check if all the cables are properly connected and the wall plug is actually serving power. In the rare occasion that the massage mattress is indeed not working properly please contact us for RMA/repair/replacement options. The massage mattress is covered by a 2-year limited warranty.

What can I expect from the massage experience?return to top 
The mattress does not provide a deep tissue massage comparable to something done by a professional practitioner. However, the oscillating power can easily be underestimated. In most cases, you will feel pleasantly relaxed after 15-min on the mattress. Give yourself a few sacred quiet minutes on the mattress after the automatic shut-off shuts down the vibration and experience the tranquility flowing through your body.
